STUDIO POLICIES, CANCELLATIONS AND SCHEDULING
Ballet shoes are required, street shoes and sneakers damage the Marley floor and may not be used in class
Silence your cell phones, and with the exception of emergencies, as a courtesy to other participants, please do not use cell phones in class
No photography or recording during the class unless the instructor has given permission
No food or beverage other than water is allowed in the classroom
Please refrain from wearing excessive perfume and jewelry
Jersey City Ballet cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items
CANCELLATIONS, SCHEDULING, AND RESCHEDULING
Please book your class through the online scheduling page
Single-class purchases must be used or rescheduled within fourteen (14) days of purchase
Class purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and class cards can not be extended
Classe Packages are valid for seven (7) weeks from the date of purchase

If you are unable to book online or want to pay for the class or package at the studio, please email us to reserve a place in the class, and we will tell you how to proceed
Classes cannot be scheduled more than two (2) weeks in advance
Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice
Classes with less than three (3 ) students will be considered privates or semi-privates and will be 45 minutes to 1 hour at the discretion of the instructor
